About Us
Crestin Wellness Network (CWN) is a team of professionals with a background in Nutrition, Exercise Science, and Public Health, we believe health information alone does not lead to sustained behavior change. Hence we are focused on understanding the gap between health knowledge and behavior. We aim to shift your focus from a Personal Failure Problem (confusion, self-blame, inconsistency) to Systems and behavior translation Problem (clarity, self-understanding, self-trust and consistency).
“A great resource for health. Truly worth the read.”
Health information is widely available, yet the prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases continues to rise. This suggests that the challenge is not simply access to knowledge, but how that knowledge is understood, applied, and sustained in real-world contexts.
This platform examines health behavior as a process rather than a single decision. From initial understanding to long-term alignment, behavior unfolds across multiple stages where failure can occur, even when individuals are informed and motivated.
Across these stages, cognitive, emotional, environmental factors, and underlying metabolic and physiological state shape how knowledge is interpreted, translated into action, and maintained over time. Recognizing these influences provides a more structured way of understanding why behavior change is difficult to achieve and sustain.
The goal is to move beyond information alone and contribute to a clearer, more comprehensive framework for understanding health behavior and improving long-term outcomes.
“Clearly addresses the issues that matter. Practical, relatable, and deeply insightful.”
